Our classes are a blend of strength training with cardiovascular conditioning. Instead of conventional cardio, you’ll push sleds, flip tires, slam sand bags and box from time to time. This class is a fast passed class that focuses on fat burning by completing structural and compound exercises with little rest between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. This style of training; combined with a good diet and proper supplementation will help drop body fat and improve body composition. It’s normal to burn 500+ calories in this type of class. we combined weight training, boxing, plyometrics, agility ladders and other methods of training to maximize workout stimulus.
